Dog Licensing - New York State requires all dogs to be licensed upon reaching the age of 4 months. Owner must provide a current rabies certificate and a spayed/neutered certificate if the dog has been spayed or neutered.

Marriage Licenses - Anyone getting married in the State of New York must purchase a Marriage License at least 24 hours in advance. The license is good for 60 days. Couples come into the Town with Photo Identification, Birth Certificate and if either have been married before, they will need proof of what ended the previous marriage(s)
ex. death certificate, divorce papers

Cost:  $40.00

Handicap Tag - Disabled person must complete form MV-664.1 (available at the Town or at Department of Motor Vehicles) and have their physician complete their portion. Present the completed form to the Town Clerk for issuance of tag.   http://www.nysdmv.com/forms.htm

Sporting Licenses - We issue resident and non-resident sporting licenses and are available as determined by New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
