LEGAL NOTICE
LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held
before the Zoning Board of the Town of Chenango, at 1529 NY Rt 12,
Binghamton, NY 13901, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2012,
or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard on the application
of Joseph Cordisco, owner and applicant of the site at
720 Castle Creek Rd. bearing the tax map #077.15-1-10
pursuant to Section 73-44 of the Zoning Ordinance:
Area Variance to construct an accessory building with less than required Side yard setback from 15’ to 1’. All those interested may appear and be heard at the above time and place.

1146 Upper Front St. bearing the tax map #128.08-1-7
pursuant to Section 73-50 of the Zoning Ordinance:
Use Variance for the expansion of a non-conforming use for a
residential unit & Area Variance for less than required side yard
setback for the residential unit from 10’ to 4.76’.
All those interested may appear and be heard at the above time
and place.
